Review: Shiva by Victor A. Davis
This story begins when a young couple with a husky named Shiva and a little daughter moves to a cabin in the mountains. The dog runs off shortly after that, and then an old goddess enters the story, and the animal becomes a part of her own game. It's a story of dark forces and old legends, and the undertone is gloomy here. But even so, I didn't expect the ending to be what it was, and I wish there was more about the goddess herself.
Recommended for those who like short stories, especially, with spiritual elements in them. I got a free copy of the book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
